Please fill out this form and choose 8 ITEMS to receive with your turkey/chicken if you would be blessed by this amazing kingdom collaboration this year. 

If you are unable to cook for your family this year and would be blessed by a prepared plate for each of you, please skip to the bottom of the list and select that option.

You will receive an email over the next couple weeks with the dates and times available for you to pick up your box the week of Thanksgiving!

***Please note that due to a national turkey shortage we may substitute turkeys for chickens as needed. We will do our best to provide the items you select, however additional substitutions may be necessary when unavoidable***
